The Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) is updating the Kanawha-Putnam MTP. The MTP is updated every four years to reflect the shifting demographic environmental, and infrastructure needs that influence and impact the transportation network. The Plan considers all travel modes including automobiles, bicycles, pedestrians, transit, and freight within the region.
