The City of Georgetown is considering adding a mobility bond to the May 2021 election to advance our city’s connectivity and safety by upgrading streets, bridges, and sidewalks, and other mobility projects.

Back in July and August, we asked you to share your transportation priorities, so the Council-appointed Mobility Georgetown 2021 Citizen Advisory Committee could use your input to inform assembly of a list of projects that reflect your needs. The committee developed the following list of proposed projects for the mobility bond package that would help address Georgetown's overall transportation challenges, while limiting the burden on taxpayers.

We'd like to know which projects you would support from the proposed project list. Not all of these projects will move forward. The citizen committee members want to understand the level of support for their top choices before making a final recommendation to City Council. In addition to these projects, the committee also is considering allocating $2.5M for sidewalks, $1.5M for bike facilities, $1.7M for intersection projects, and $1.3M for transportation technology upgrades.

Please use the survey below to learn about the proposed projects and indicate your level of support for and comments about them. Feedback collected from this exercise will be shared with the City leaders, including City Council, the Council-appointed Mobility Georgetown 2021 Citizen Advisory Committee, and the City Manager’s Office, as they work to finalize the projects for the bond.
